Chengdu's Climate
Set within the Sichuan Basin, Chengdu has a humid subtropical climate famous for cloudy skies, fog and little sunshine throughout the year. Summer from June to August is warm and humid with highs usually 28–32°C and the heaviest rainfall of the year, sometimes in prolonged downpours.
