Lagos Climate
Lying on the Gulf of Guinea, Lagos has a tropical monsoon climate, hot and humid year-round with fairly steady temperatures of 26–32°C. Its defining feature is a clear split between wet and dry seasons: the rainy season runs from April to October, peaking in June and July with torrential, flood-prone downpours, broken by a short drier spell in August. The dry season (November–March) sees less rain but remains muggy, and at its peak the harmattan wind off the Sahara brings dust haze that lowers visibility. This page offers an hourly and 14-day forecast plus detailed metrics including humidity, wind, UV and air quality (AQI).
